Thank your for shopping at Lily & Rose. We are a small family owned online boutique clothes shop, so we do operate slightly different from most major retailers. Therefore, our policies may also slightly differ. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Strictly no refunds on sale items, exchange or credit only.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you want to return a clearance sale item, we can help arrange an exchange for you for issue you store credit.
Return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition within 10 working days (15 days for Northern Ireland & 20 for UK customers) of receipt. Our return address is Lily & Rose – Ross, Ballyfin, Co.Laois. R32 A9X.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition within 10 working days (15 days for Northern Ireland & 20 for UK customers) of receipt. Our return address is Lily & Rose – Ross, Ballyfin, Co.Laois. R32 A9X. We will issue you a full refund, excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us. If your purchase has a fault we have to be notified within 5 days – any flawed – faulty item that over this period will not be accepted. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will process your refund as quickly as we can. You will receive an automatic email from your chosen payment provider when this is done.
